We're looking for Telemarketing Executive to join our team! As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, conducting market research, and providing excellent customer service. If you are a motivated individual with great communication skills, then we want you on our team!
Responsibilities
- Outbound calling on data collected through lead generation activities/ secondary data sources.
- To fix up appointments with prospective customers.
- Ensure that the maximum number of appointments should be made in a month.
- Scheduling appointments for the sales team out of these calls.
- Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales.

Requirements
- Must be able to type accurately while talking with customers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Overcome potential client objections while maintaining a polite and enthusiastic demeanor.
- Regular and reliable attendance is a necessary element of this job.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
Experience
- Previous telemarketing and sales experience preferred.
