Store Manager [Philippines]


 

Job description

Chiefly responsible in handling and overseeing overall store operations in terms of sales performance, customer service, and employee management in order to foster member-customer loyalty, expand brand presence, and maintain the function of the store.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations to ensure that sales goals are met
  • Guarantee member-customer satisfaction in attending to their needs and concerns and makes sure that these are properly addressed
  • Maintain orderly and presentable appearance of the store
  • Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Assign duties to relevant employees and direct subordinates in their day-to-day tasks
  • Support store activities and other special events

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  • At least 5 years of working experience in the same position or function is required
  • Highly analytical, strong customer service and leadership skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills

Schedule:

  • Bacolod City, Negros Occidental: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Store Management: 5 years (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
