Job description
Chiefly responsible in handling and overseeing overall store operations in terms of sales performance, customer service, and employee management in order to foster member-customer loyalty, expand brand presence, and maintain the function of the store.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations to ensure that sales goals are met
- Guarantee member-customer satisfaction in attending to their needs and concerns and makes sure that these are properly addressed
- Maintain orderly and presentable appearance of the store
- Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations
- Assign duties to relevant employees and direct subordinates in their day-to-day tasks
- Support store activities and other special events
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
- At least 5 years of working experience in the same position or function is required
- Highly analytical, strong customer service and leadership skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
