What you need to have:
- Relevant experience in a brokerage / insurance or finance company
- Comprehensive technical understanding of insurance products and markets
- Very good English skills (min. B2 level)
- Excellent communication, negotiating and interpersonal skills
- Goals and sales oriented attitude
- Strong ability to sustain the relationship with clients
- Team player, results’ and clients’ needs oriented approach
- High level of independence and responsibility at work
