As a MADLY Designer, not only will you get to showcase your cutting edge design flair on a daily basis, you get to enjoy the recognition that comes from delivering your work directly to the client.
Your responsibilities will include:
Design
- Design innovative and cutting edge jewellery pieces for occasional in-house collections
- Design jewellery pieces to brief given by customers
- Manage the manufacturing process from design submission to the workshop, CAD approvals through to delivery and Q.C
- Overseeing the production process to ensure high-quality craftsmanship and timely delivery.
- Maintain and manage the administration workflow from client interaction to designs and materials
Requirements
- Outgoing personality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be designing IN FRONT of customers, so you need to be confident enough in your skillset to do this.
- Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken), conversational and written Arabic or Russian is a bonus
- Knowledge of supporting computer softwares. From CRM, to iPad specific design tools.
- Strong artistic and creative abilities, with an eye for detail and aesthetics.
- A degree or certification in jewellery design, fine arts, or a related field.
- A love for jewellery and gemstones! You will be seeing these babies day in and day out.

Salary: AED6,000.00 - AED14,000.00 per month
