EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION:


Essential Qualifications/Experience:

· A Bachelor degree at a nationally recognised/certified University preferably in Communications or Journalism and 2 years postrelated experience
· Demonstrable knowledge of communication platforms and digital tools to communicate internally (within NCI Agency) and externally (within NATO enterprise)
· Proven knowledge and experience in Customer Relationship Management, Customer Success Management and in Business Intelligence
· Knowledge of communication trends and best practices
· Demonstrable qualification and relevant experience working in small to large teams as well as "matrix" teams (cross functional and cross service areas)
· Proven experience in the use of computer-based support tools with an emphasis on Digital Workplace, Content Collaboration: Office 365, CRM Tools, Bi and Data Analytics, Camtasia and Adobe Suite

DUTIES/ROLE:
· Under the Customer Success manager guidance, develop and implement communication plans that promote the NDWC products, services, and brand
· Write and edit content for internal and external communications i.e. articles and blogs, instructions, onboarding and training materials and more
· Collaborate with the communication internal stakeholders to develop engaging content for a variety of channels (e.g., external website, NCI Agency Intranet, printing materials, etc.)
· Maintenance of Customers and Stakeholders contact list and manage correspondence with internal and external customers
· Monitor and analyze communication metrics to continuously improve communication strategies and campaigns
· Contribute to the communication strategy for NDWC
· Supports the organization and execution of the NDW Conference with organizational and moderation tasks such as the creation of communication material and conference content, communication with participants, presenters and other stakeholders
